# Core Contributors

As PepperDEX is a community-owned and community-governed project, it will reward its contributors through PEP token rewards.

15% of the core contributors’ tokens will go to Genesis contributors and will be distributed logarithmically over 3 years beginning 3 months after TGE based on the following curve:

The remaining 5% of builder tokens will be used to award future contributors.
